I want to change rooms because one of the drawers doesn't work and the pillows are dirty... the boss tells me to go see somewhere else and finally I get another room... no excuses...

To the Rescue

Very good reception of the managers, they are two, listening to the client, very good breakfast served, very good homemade meal, very clean room and made every day. Nobody welcomes the arrival because in the afternoon the manager is not there and the housekeeper does the housekeeping, do not hesitate at the request she will give you the keys so that you can install the time the manager is available! Very family atmosphere.

Hotel that can afford to stay overnight without expecting extraordinary benefits. 20 minutes walk from downtown Valencia. Highly positive, it offers family rooms.

We had a very stealthy walk through the area, and it wasn't a coincidence. The restaurant was closed. However, the owner agreed to serve us only salads and pizzas. The pizzas were excellent and the service was impeccable. I recommend the excellent mint tea.

This hotel has no charm... no one to greet, it's ringing... the rooms are small, equipped with a bed, a refrigerator (which is right next to my bed head so it's hard to find sleep with the snoring in my ears), a desk. A flat screen TV is installed on the wall. The bathroom is tiny, sitting on the toilet the knees touch the wall. The worst of all: no climate! It was starting to get (very) hot, the kids couldn't sleep and got excited. Very hard to find sleep in these conditions. The bedding is flat and clean. Fortunately, I'm thirsty here because I'm disgusted to have booked....

Well, OK, it's not expensive, but we only get it for what we pay for. For 20€ more we go in front (Hotel California)! Already no one at the hotel reception, and the waiting bar/restaurant were also closed. Here it could go to sleep. But the bathroom is calculated for small people:70cm squared for the shower!!!! Demis ROUSSOS would never have been able to shower! As for the toilets, you have to put your knees under the sink! You have to leave the door open if you want to move in this shed! For the WIFI, no worries. The connection is correct. For the TV, you have a bar at 36cm at the end of the screen (backs, couches and not lunch), and she would have never been able to get a decent income from her studies. So when I have to buy her own furniture, I have to look at the TV.

I really liked the hotel itself, the wonderful, attentive staff, you feel at home, maybe even better, the rooms are simple, but after renovation, but most importantly, they're the soulful and educated people who work there.
