Initially, it looks very basic but it's very clean and the room has everything you actually need in it. Owner was very friendly and spoke very good English, rides a motorbike so could give us some lovely ideas for a ride out along the coast to Spain, which we enjoyed. He even offered to lend us his sat nav when he found out ours had broken and we were having to navigate the old fashioned way! It was very quiet while we were there so it was just the plat de jour on offer rather than the buffet but the food was excellent on both nights and very good value for money, wine was perfectly drinkable and we tried the rose, red and the white!! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Don't arrive before the check in time as he doesn't open until 5 but he was there on the dot of this. You can still park up and there are table and chairs to sit in while you wait.
