Hôtel Le Quartier Bercy Square

We had a cozy time at Le Quartie Bercy, since we arrived, when we were welcomed by Marina, who is very courteous. We decided to change rooms because we are allergic to carpet, and it was in the upper level in the back area. We were with heavy suitcases from a long trip, and Julie helped us bring them upstairs. It was also very sweet. We had 2 water bottles waiting for us in the room. There was a hairdryer and side table with a chair and a puff (no Frigobar in our room). The staff is exquisitely nice and warm with clients, making us feel at home. Julie and Marina offered us coffee and tea in the lobby area; also helped us with luggage on our way out of the room. Marianne was also very attentive when I needed an extra pillow and to extend my stay. We have felt very special in this small and charming Parisian hotel this Fall. Breakfast is delicious and because of the skylight, you enjoy it as it was outside. The neighborhood is very charming, also, and it feels good to walk around it (more than in touristic areas). Will certainly return.
