Christmas in France

The hotel is nothing special, a typical 2 star hotel. But it is clean, with decent bathroom facilities, comfy bed and TV and wi fi connection and free parking. Walls/ceilings are perhaps a bit thin but not to a particularly annoying level. Mind you I was exhausted and slept like a log. Incredibly good value - including breakfast and taxes and everything my total charge was only 42€ - which is amazing. The walk into the old town isn't far, and is pleasant through a road lined with trees. Breakfast was ok, and the staff were pleasant.

OK hotel, good facilities, very good value

This is a perfectly satisfactory clean, good value for money two star establishment close to the centre of this fascinating medieval city. Do not expect big rooms but every room has a real bath something not offered by the otherwise highly competitive Hotel Ibis round the corner.  The chief disadvantage is the acoustics.  The walls are very thin and you will hear your neighbours as though they are in the same room, so take ear plugs and a good sleeping tablet.

Two star commercial traveller hotel

Sorry  to say not a place that I would rush back to "just " a 2 star, clean average breakfast ,just average .But as ever the manager was very helpful pointed us in the right direction for a cracking meal .
