Wow, wow, wow… what an incredible place! Beautiful and peaceful environment, the reception was super  friendly, and the location and cabin were simply amazing. THe hosts create a warm atmosphere that makes you feel truly welcome. You can sense the care and attention that went into designing this place, and it shines through in every moment of the stay. And then—deer right on the doorstep! An unforgettable experience.

Six of us stayed in the family treehouse for 1 night and this provided 3 very cosy and comfy bunk beds; 2x2 singles and a double & single bunk with thick duvets and nice bouncy pillows. 

The treehouse was a lovely quirky design with hand carved doors and windows. It also included a 'dry' toilet which perhaps would suit only a pretty familiar group (!) but the sanitary block with very clean toilets and showers was only 30 seconds walk away. 
There was sufficient indoor and outdoor seating provided - outdoor seats were hammock style chairs hanging under the treehouse and a couple of deck chairs on the balcony. There were also carved wooden stools inside to use at breakfast time. Breakfast (included) consisted of fresh local produce (croissants, orange juice, bread and jam/honey) retrieved in the morning via a basket and pulley system (not ideal for anyone with weak arms!). 

We had our evening meal (extra cost) in the Kota Grill. The 3 course meal consisted of local produce including bread, cheeses and cold meats, steak (the finest piece of steak I have ever tasted, and cooked exactly to my liking by me!) sausage, potatoes, salad, apple pie and plenty of water, wine for the adults and fresh juices for the kids. The meal was prepared by all of us on a hot grill in our own cosy little cabin. 

During our stay we were treated to an impromptu overnight thunderstorm which added to the ambience! Unfortunately this caused all the electricity to fail so we had to negotiate our way around by torchlight, which for one night was great fun but would have been tricky for any longer. We had already been provided with torches and a pair of Crocs each which was a nice touch, so I suspect this isn't an uncommon event being located in the middle of the Pyrenees! 

The location is beautiful with the village Maison de Sources a couple of km away for walkers, with beautiful scenery and a couple of bars/restaurants and a grocery store.

All in all I can't praise the place enough. However, I am a bit reluctant to let too many people in on the secret as I imagine once word gets out it will be impossible to get a booking - it only opened in July this year so I think we were very lucky to get a late booking during peak season....so book up now for next year!!!

We spent two nights in these very cool tree houses. They were well built and thoughtfully decorated. The rooms provided ample comfort, the bedding was especially plush. The basket full of breakfast was a treat to find at the end of a rope and pulley each morning - a nice touch! The property is in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The bath facilities were exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our host, Sylvain, and his wife were both very kind and spoke good English. We played disc-golf with him one day and had a fantastic time! Another treat was the Nordic bath under the trees and stars. I only wish we could have stayed longer. . . .
