Such a beautiful unusual place for us to stopover, we loved it! Hosts were fantastic great communication and helped us booked restaurant for that night. Gorgeous relaxing outdoor area for us to enjoy the garden and views. Breakfast was THE BEST and all homemade! In the morning the little burner kicked into life making the cave very cosy.  The village of Loches was a quick drive away and definitely worth a visit

We stayed for 2 nights and had a fantastic time. Steve and Celine were so kind and helpful. The cave was beautifully presented and very comfortable. Breakfast in their house was special with home made yogurt, jams etc. All in all a wonderful stay highly recommended.

After some difficulty finding the property (we did not have a working gps) we spent a wonderful night at Les Troglos de Beaulieu. First Celine and Steve were so welcoming and helpful when we did arrive after a stressful time locating them. The accomodation is in a residential area of Loches.  Steve was most helpful and took a great deal of time in setting up our gps and showing us how to work it. This was most appreciated.  Our room which was a seperate cabin not built into the cave was lovely! Very modern with all the conveniences but also done in wood. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. It was quiet at night. The next morning we had breakfast in the large cave setting  while Celine explain to us about all they did to make the cave a home. It was so interesting.  The couple are wonderful hosts and it was a most unique setting. I highly recommend it.

Stayed in le Pressoir, a lovely cave fitted out for a couple.  Double bed, bath, shower, loo, sitting area and TV.  The electric shutter meant it was possible to keep the early morning light out thus ensuring a good night's sleep.  Very good breakfast provided in a larger cave.  Very quiet location.  Lots of attention to detail.  Will recommend to our friends.

Absolutely outstanding accommodation in very unusual setting. 5 star service from the hosts obviously and rightfully proud of their place. A delicious breakfast of local products was offered. Will recommend to all our friends.

Always wanted to stay in a cave and a stones throw from the lovely town of Loche with fantastic restaurants and bars this certainly did the trick. Communication with the owners was swift and very helpful, and they kindly made a dinner reservation at an establishment they suggested. The welcome was warm, and the main features of the cave, eg dehumidifier, heating, pump loo etc were well explained. As an experience would not have missed it - although it's a cosy affair as the bathroom/toilet  is only partially divided off the rest of the small cave so modesty can't prevail. Met madam at breakfast which was served in their dining area of the main  cave - beautifully furnished and most interesting. Breakfast with home made yoghurts, jam and a warm cake, delicious. She was a mine of information  about the cave and the area, and chatted happily throughout our entire meal. Be sure to check in  during the limited arrival times, and best to brIng your own soaps and other basic washing toiletries as there are a few small soap sachets provided as "troubleshooters" which are fiddly and rather vestigial.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! The owner is not responsive, does not answer a phone. We were left without a room for the night! Just because we were late for 30mins due to very important reasons. Please be aware of the checkin timing which is only 2 hours!
