Value for money, perfect for stop over. We stayed as a family of 4 for one night to break up our journey through france. Couldnt fault it for what we paid. Good location, easy checkin. Will be using this place again

We stayed here on an overnight stop on route to our holiday easy to find off the motorway junction 3 for Laval. Nearby is McDonalds & KFC for those travelling from the UK with kids to feed. Next to a Buffalo Grill for a more substantial meal. Also large Carrefore supermarket should you need it.
Hotel was very clean, family room spacious but double rooms have a small bathroom. Good value for the price, comfortable beds hot showers ideal for an overnight stop. Staff are very friendly, was greeted by a lovely lady who's English was better than my French, booking in was very efficient will definitely stay here again.    

The lady (owner) at the reception is quite friendly and efficient.
The bedroom is tiny and the bathroom/toilet sits in a cupboard so you have to use it in turns (as a couple)... Beware of splashing when showering or else you could need flippers.
Soundproofing could be better as noise could be heard from one room to another.
The bedding is quite comfortable but the A/C, in spite of being visible in the room, was not operative even with tropical temperatures around 30° C.
Good stop-over for one night ONLY.
Breakfast is OK for the price at 5,60 euros.

Great for an overnight stop in Laval

OK for a nightly stop-over.

Good value

Very polite and friendly personal, we arrived later and just could pick the key in the safe. 
Very simple but clean room (sheets, ...) , clean bathroom,  
Price quality was good, 
if your looking just for a bed to sleep and to be able to wash yourself in the morning, that's a good place

I didn't feel like  i was sleeping in a 2 star hotel,the bathroom is very poor and old the door was very damaged,the shower can not hang on the wall,room very small,the matras very hard and a bit smelly,and the sheets as well,Tv was ok good picture,but only french channels,not realy helpful ,internet was ok.

Good bad, great service, poor bathroom.
We visited laval on April 2017, than we slept in fast hotel because we wanted a cheaper hotel. All in all - good hotel, good bad, tiny room that feels like caravan and the shower is connected to the sink.
There is a great restaurant just near by - buffalo steak house.

A visit in Laval
