Le Jaccaranda

We came to St Paul because we were making our way from the south (Ventimiglia) to the north (Amsterdam) and this seemed a good first night stop on this big journey. It was a very small town and we missed the Jaccaranda at our first pass. When we were sure we had arrived the hostess emerged and entertained us in the shade before showing us to our rooms. The facility is very new, and well equipped. There is everything needed for a comfortable overnight stay (this includes a pool, although we didn't use it). The bed was comfortable, hot water plentiful and the wifi worked well. In the morning we were served a breakfast that was a work of art. Rarely anywhere would one have a meal that is as beautifully presented and as tasty as this.
