Au Jardin Fleuri Chambres D Hotes

Had a nice stay at Au Jardin Fleuri at the end of July. The family room we had was nice and spacious although the bathroom is in the eaves of the house so can only fit a half bath in it which you need to sit in if you want a shower! Breakfast was plentiful with croissants and pan au chocolates, as well as bread, jams, meats and cheeses. Its very close to Mont St Michel, maybe a 10 minute drive passing numerous cafes and restaurants along the way. The area is quite expensive to stay in (very touristy) but this was the best value place we found in the area for a family of four. The owner is very friendly but doesn’t really speak any English so you have to dust off any rusty French you can remember! One thing worth highlighting is that we stupidly left something behind which we didn’t discover till we were back in the UK. Again, using some pigeon French we communicated this to the owner who very kindly took the item to the post office and had it sent back to us. We of course reimbursed him for the cost. Excellent customer service!
