Premiere Classe MLV Chelles Centre

Having read the reviews we were a little worried . When we reached the hotel , which we took some time to find , and the people there were really super friendly , there are willing to help even if they don't really know where we really wanted to go , this i was reffering to the information desk receptionist. was really glad they told us which bus to take so that we could reach our hotel. But sad to say they though we were going to another Premiere Classe , as Chelles is a big place and i think it's our mistake not telling the enough details . But we manage to find our hotel , stopping at carrefour des déportés , taking the linge 613 bus. The hotel was joined with another hotel. Kyriad Hotel which is more expensive than the premier classe i think. We reach quite early and our room wasn't ready , and the receptionist told us that we could only check in at 1pm. Luckily we met a good women from Jakarta that was kind enough to let us put our baggage in her room. We checked in at 9 pm. It was far more better than what we expected it to be. The room was extremely clean, not spacious but plenty of space for 3 adult.We asked for 3 single bed and we got it. The space wasn't a big issue as we only wanted a place to sleep . We had fresh towels everyday too , and they cleaned our rooms cleanly as requested. The air-con and and water heater works perfectly. About customer service , i would give them 100% . they attend to your every request. We asked for water to be refilled everyday , and we even asked to use their phone so that we could call other hotels , they were seriously very very helpful. just one thing towards the end of our stay , we found out that we could actually walk from the chelles gournay bus station to out hotel , which takes about 20 minutes and that was what we did for 2 days , we enjoyed it everybit as we had to walked through the park and the park was so beautiful .
