Just back from a wonderful week - yes there are lots of steps but no one rushes you so can take your time after all you are on holiday. Room - we had booked a suite but on arrival (late flight) the room smelt of drains - they were unable to move us that night but could next day - we went to move but again was a funny smell so we asked for a normal room (not a suite) and got a fabulous room close to first pool - modern very clean and was tidied (with towel art) by Bear - was wonderful and kept water supplied every day. Breakfast was fab - omelette and eggs, selection of breads and cereals 👍🏻 Lunch - nice selection, tried all restaurants- burgers are huge by first pool Dinner- buffet was fine for us - lovely soups, fresh sushi (Mustafa made fresh salmon 🍣 for us too). Tried Fusion which was nice even though our booking wasn’t expected (had booked via the man at reception) but wasn’t an issue. Pools - kept spotless - we sat by the waffle/pancake bar and was looked after amazingly by Mobhi - nothing was too much for him and he even blew balloons up and tied to a parasol for my friends birthday. Lots of subbed and parasols no need to set an alarm to get a bed Bars - everyone was great and very friendly - shout out to Wayman who was fab Entertainment- we loved sitting at the top bar and looking down onto the white party/ colours/ pool party - great team Spa - amazing massages (had 2) go and treat yourself Will definitely recommend your hotel
