Fantastic hotel, the staff can’t do enough for you! Special shout out to hassan for sorting our trips- the quad bikes was the best experience ever 5*, and Mohammed deskoy who brought us drink after drink :) and of course Ahmed Mohammed the life guard, always had a smile on his face, and was amazing with our children. The hotel is absolutely spotless, there’s always some kind of entertainment on day & night, every single member of staff is a credit to this hotel. There’s so much to do here.. the food is a little repetitive but there’s lots of places to eat… if you’re looking for a shop to buy snacks I wouldn’t suggest the shops just outside as we spend just over £50 on a couple of things, but if you leave the complex at the front and turn right and walk down you’ll see a metro shop which is so cheap!
