We stayed here last September in a swim up posh club room. Due to a medical emergency we had to fly home early so this review is only based on staying there 3 days. We were collected and dropped of in the posh club lounge for a swift a very professional check in. The room was impressive and the swim up pool area both spacious and very comfortable. We had a good selection of spirits, Champagne , mini bar and snacks waiting for us. The posh club lounge served food for breakfast and lunch and of the highest standard. We ate in the Indian the first night which was very good and allocated all of the al la carte restaurants for the remainder of our stay. Although we only had 3 days here, the staff were fantastic, kind and could not do enough for us. Due to the high standard of the hotel we are returning this March and hoping to bring our Daughter with us. A huge thank you to Mohammed Taher who looked after us with our room and kindness when we had to leave early. Full and comprehensive review when we get to see the whole hotel in 8 weeks. Thanks you wonderfull memories.

Diamond Beach will undergo a major renovation and expansion project from November 15, 2025, to April 15, 2026. This project includes the addition of 22 new guest rooms and the installation of exciting new Aqua Slides, as part of our continued commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

Areas Affected During the Renovation Period:

Family Pool and Bar – Closed;

Buildings 1, 2, and 3 – A total of 44 rooms out of service;

Building 4 – Partial closure with 10 rooms (out of 87) unavailable.

All other pools and bars will remain fully operational throughout the renovation period to minimize guest impact.

Please note that the first month (Nov 15 – Dec 15, 2025) will involve heavy demolition, which is expected to generate noticeable noise and dust.

We also encourage you to factor in this renovation period during your 2026 budget and planning process.
