Sierra Sharm El Sheikh Hotel

Returned to our 2nd home once again From the moment we arrived to departure,the welcome we got was so wonderful from the staff. We have been to Egypt over 32 times and would not go to any other hotel than the sierra. The staff at this hotel are great and really hard working.they can’t do enough for you. Our room was infront of main pool There is so much to do etc bowling,billiards,ice skating,gym all free.Also a free shuttle bus naama bay and old Sharm. There is always to find to eat in the restaurants,the food is always well presented and tasteful.Thankyou Mercator,sayed,ayman,marko and George. Pool boys are a credit to the hotel,every morning they would pass and have a big smile, Nour,Osama,elsayed and saber. Bar staff were great 2 minas,Egan,Malala and mostafa who always kept us laughing. The akuna matata is a lovely place to eat,all staff there very attentive To get to the beach,there is a shuttle bus,that runs every 20 mins, again beach guys were great Ahmed,tarek,Mohamed and angelo. Lobby bar shuts at 1 o’clock,waiter service was brilliant, Peter and gergis Our room cleaner Ahmed was impeccable for his cleanliness, always made sure we had plenty of water. Front desk team are amazing,always on hand to help you, There are multiple pools,all kept clean everyday The sierra is right on soho square,which is lovely for an evening stroll and looking at the lovely shops. We would like to thank all the staff at this hotel,for everything they done for us,we had so much laughter with them. We also would like to thank Mina Nady for all his help,every time we return to sierra,he is exceptional professionalism. Thankyou Mina. What really makes the sierra truly special for us is all the staff,kindest,attentive,and caring. We are already booked for may/June and just about to book for Christmas again.
