Such a wonderful, well presented hotel.Myself and partner stayed here for 14 nights from mid December and over Christmas.It was incredibly clean and tidy. Only thing was the large pool was very very cold but I managed to swim in it every day and also our view was obstructed by the marquees for the New Years celebrations.This did spoil our view from the poolside of the beautiful scenery Sharm has to offer and also the closure of the heated infinity pool.The food was very good and the service was brilliant.A big shout out to Abdul who served us drinks all the time at Ramseys and Reda who worked on the egg station every morning.Beautiful smiles and very welcoming.Our room was lovely and cleaned every day.I would also like to thank Ibrahim who was our cleaner on block 3.Always happy to help with a smile and left our room spotless every day.I really enjoyed the stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to take a stay in Sharm el Sheikh.Will defibately make a return in the future ......
