JAZ Neo Saraya Palms Hotel

Just returned this morning and thought the holiday was superb value for money. The service from all the staff was 5* at all times. From the moment we walked through the door, to the moment we left. A welcoming, happy vibe was given off by all. A couple of individual mentions though are Ali (who pops up pretty much everywhere all the time) who mainly looked after us (and everyone else) at the evening bar. Always smiling, extremely attentive and humorous. Mahmood also at the quiet pool coco bar. Just the same. Worked tirelessly all day every day and made the days pleasant and well refreshed with regular water (or whatever else you may have wanted). Couple of points for the hotel to consider. The shower was really quite poor. I don’t know whether that’s the same for all rooms. I’m assuming not. Very weak trickle of water but we made it work for a week. Buffet was fine. All buffets are repetitive but the food was well cooked and tasty. Drinks - wasn’t really a menu but all the lads would make any drink you wanted as long as they had the ingredients. Couldn’t ask for more than that. The quiet pool is absolutely ideal for a couple who just want to chill in the sun for a week. The staff are in hand to ensure it remains quiet too which is great if that’s what you are after. Not a lively place, entertainment was decent but nothing crazy. If your looking for somewhere buzzing, this isn’t your place, but if you are looking to recharge your batteries, relax, smile and chill at a really good price - look no further !
