On arrival our room was decorated with balloons & cake as it was my wifes birthday. The staff couldn't be any more helpful and they made the holiday very enjoyable. The hotel was lovely and the room spacious and well maintained on a daily basis. I would highly recommend this hotel and resort if your thinking of going to Egypt

Front desk is open 24/7.

A new architectural design for the main entrance is currently being developed. The temporary closure of the entrance road is part of this project. All the hotel's facilities are still fully functional.

From February 24th, 2025 and till March 11th ,2025 a sudden maintenance will take a place forone out of the eight pools (the one with slides pool) and the other seven pools including the heated pools will operational normally, as of March 12th , 2025 this pool will retune to the service and will join the other seven pool and will operating normally.
