Royal Lagoons Resort & Aqua Park Families and Couples ONLY

Hello management of Royal Lagoons, please read this :) My name is Aleksandar, and I came to this hotel from Serbia to spend 10 days here with my wife. We’ve previously vacationed in Greece, Turkey, Tunisia, and Croatia, but I can honestly say—this place doesn’t compare to any of them. From the amazing accommodations to the incredibly kind and welcoming staff, this has hands-down been the best summer we’ve ever spent away from home. The food is delicious, the beach is beautiful, and the animation team truly makes you feel at home. I’m writing this and trying not to forget any of the little things we loved, because every single day felt like a new adventure for us. During our stay, it was my wife's birthday, and Ahmed from housekeeping surprised us with a cake that said “Happy Birthday” delivered to our room. We were so touched by this kind gesture! Majdi, the shuttle bus driver, always made us laugh. We talked with him often about the weather, the beach, and the hotel—he was full of helpful advice and positive energy. Near the pool, there’s a café (I think it’s called Sport Club or something like that), and we loved stopping by to chat with Hamada, who I believe is the head bartender. He’s such a warm and friendly person—we really appreciated his kindness. Also, Ayman made us great cocktails. We also met Khaled and Ashraf by the pool, and they were always happy to explain everything about the available excursions in Hurghada. We're honestly sorry we didn’t go on a trip with them this time—but we definitely will next year! At the beach, every bartender and lifeguard was kind and helpful. I especially want to thank Budry, the lifeguard with glasses, who helped us when my wife stepped on a sharp stone. He gave her first aid and explained exactly what to do next. We’re very grateful for that. We also met many others whose names we, unfortunately, don’t remember—but we spent most of our time with this amazing group of people, and they truly started to feel like family. They’re the main reason I already know we’ll be coming back next year. Many resorts are nice, and you can have a good time anywhere—but the people here make all the difference. It’s the relationships and the warmth of your team that made us feel like we had found real friends. It makes you want to say: Egyptians are truly the kindest people.
