Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh 

I am writing for those of you who respect your vacation and want to enjoy it to the fullest. The strength of Hotel Baron Palace is not only their fresh premises, large rooms or practical facilities. The strength of the hotel lies in the staff and their manager Reda Etawy. There is only one thing that is important to the staff and that is how much you enjoy yourself there or if you feel well taken care of. It all started 20 years ago when my wife and I decided to travel to different countries on our vacation. Before that, we were in dozens of different countries and hotels but our journey reached its final station for ten years ago when we ended up in Baron Palace hotels. Already on the first day at the dinner table we saw a big man who walked respectfully to people with careful steps and welcomed people and honestly asked them if everything was good or if they were missing anything in their stay at the hotel. This man was Ahmed Khaled. A name that I will never forget. When he came to our table and asked how we were feeling, I told him about some of my concerns and the next day everything was corrected and for the better for our benefit. We felt welcome. People listen to us here. They take guests seriously. We are not for them, they are for us. Unfortunately, we did not meet Mr. Ahmed this time but his successor Reda filled his place and shoes in a proper way and a little more. I don't know how many of you hug and kiss the hotel manager in the hotels you visit but in this hotel I find it difficult not to hug and kiss Reda every time I see him. You can understand what a mark he has left in my/our heart. I must also mention that my heart is with the Infinity bar. The staff in this bar make your stay at the hotel like a paradise. Ayman, four Mahmoud, Mohammad, Ashraf and the chefs who cook like a Michelin restaurant even though it is "just" a bar. Then they have a customer service with three girls who no words can describe their high service. At the top comes Emilia (Emili) and then Sofia and Veronica who is a service God. The cleaner Ahmed knew exactly how we wanted our room cleaned and he did it with a generous smile. I am glad that Barakat (the gardener) was still working there this year. When he sees you he runs to you and wishes you all the best while holding gardening tools. A friendly and nice soul. In short: I could only write a FANTASTIC hotel in every details.
