Great hotel with super service. The food is good and plenty. At the beach very good service with drinks with Mahmut and Bakry and life guard Ali.

Beach is beautiful and people are very nice, the food is delicious, everything looks amazing, drinks are delicious, we love underwater world

Osama is very nice. The beach is nice. Inthe wather are nice fish. The food is good. Entertaiment team is nice, the night shiw is good. To much people.

The hotel is very beautiful and very nicely decorated. Friendly to families, couples and individuals. The rooms are very spacious and nicely arranged. The hotel employees are very friendly and very helpful. They have a lot of slides for both the elderly and children. The beach is sandy and nicely decorated. You get cold drinks and cold beer at the beach bar. So you don't have to worry about being thirsty. Basically, all praise in all areas, so that a person excels before leaving back to their country, so that they will return next year.

We especially appreciated the excellent service at the pool, on the beach, and in the restaurant. The staff in these areas was always helpful, friendly, and attentive, thank you very much for that.

Unfortunately, this level of hospitality did not extend to the reception desk. We have never encountered such rude and disrespectful behavior during any of our previous stays in Egypt.
We arrived at the hotel on July 9th around 5:00 PM. The check-in was handled by a gentleman who, as far as I could tell, was the shift supervisor. When he asked for our hotel voucher, I showed it to him on my phone. He replied in a harsh tone, “What does the voucher help on your phone?” Without saying another word, he handed me the room key.
Upon entering the room, we quickly realized that it did not meet our expectations:
-The TV did not work and was not securely positioned in the room.
-The toilet seat was loose.
-The bed sheets were visibly stained.
-The sofa in front of the bed was heavily soiled and sagging.
When I reported these issues to the same gentleman at the reception, he simply said he would send someone. When I asked whether we could be given a different room, he replied, “Not today, maybe tomorrow.” His fixed stare at the screen made it clear that, for him, the conversation was over.
An hour later, I approached a woman at the front desk (she was wearing glasses) to follow up. Her response was, “What do you want?” “You have a room,” delivered in a tone that frankly left me speechless.
The next day, I spoke directly with our travel representative, and we were provided with a different room.

I strongly recommend that the front office management provide the staff with proper training in guest communication. For the female staff member in particular, additional training in English would be highly beneficial, as communication was clearly a challenge.
Overall, it felt as if the reception desk played a special role-unfortunately, a negative one-which left an unpleasant aftertaste on what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Our stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant-with the exception at the reception.
