Arrived 23 December Smooth check in then shown to romance room.the room was very spacious separate toilet and shower a double jacuzzi in room and one on the balcony then a massive super comfy bed coffee machine kettle fridge etc. Room cleaner amazing gave him a tip and he provided some exquisite towel art plus filled outdoor jacuzzi every other day Buffet restaurant superb had themed nights even beef some lunch times something different every day The 4 a la cartes are all superb even the fussiest eater wouldn't go hungry here The beach is nice and sandy you can walk straight out to the sea and always get a sunbed even at lunchtime beach man very helpful Big appreciation to Ahmed Mohamed and Ahmed at beach bar never stop and always walking round keeping the drinks flowing Was partners birthday they decorated room made a cake a really nice touch.I booked a beach dinner for partners birthday we could pick our own menu from all the a la cartes restaurants was a lovely setting personal waiter really nice What makes this place special is the staff from the management down to the cleaners and Svetlana and the team on customer relations always round checking everything ok they can't do enough for you The sea breeze bar cooks food to order from 12 till 5 from a extensive menu served on wooden trays so so good had lunch there every day Had a superb Christmas and new year the food on new year was outstanding lamb shanks beef fillet salmon wellington to name a few and the entertainment first class thank you kaisol romance for a special stay Would we return definitely The best hotel we have stayed in in Egypt
