We stayed for 5 nights and could not fault our stay , all the staff were friendly polite and always helpful , The room was spotless and very roomy and serviced every day ,the housekeeping staff were also very good, the swimming pool was so welcome in the heat of Cairo , it was warm and clean as was the area itself , the pool staff welcomed each guest and towels were readily available Breakfast was served by friendly welcoming staff the food was excellent, Lastly a mention for Ahmed a staff member with Image travel who took us on a couple of trips and we could not praise him more highly he was polite friends and very informative especially at the pyramids where he made it a great visit we had some brilliant photos taken by Ahmed !! I can only recommend Image travel and the Barcelo pyramids cairo well done both !!
