Good service and an excellent view of the pyramids from our room and the rooftop.

Very nice hotel with nice view! The outside street is little dirty, but the inside the hotel is fine. The service is great, and the breakfast is amazing.

This is my second time staying  at this hotel. Shadow Pyramids View INN has the best views of the pyramids and the rooftop Tree Lounge allows you to eat and watch for FREE the laser light.! Staff members speak English, Spanish and Arabic. Furthermore, if you need to plan activities during your stay Ali or Shahd can easily help you find the right tours for you! If you need assistance Shadow's support staff (Fraq, Amr, &Edmit) can help with anything you need! The staff is gracious and accommodating, they can resolve any issues or problems you might have. The rooms are clean and my room a view of the pyramids, which was awesome waking up to that view. I highly recommend this hotel, I will definitely stay here again!! I stayed during Ramanda and the Tree Lounge served delicious Egyptian food with lively music and excellent hookah is available!!!

Everything about this place was perfect. The food, the staff, the view, the room. I will be recommending this place for friends and family when they come to visit Egypt. I will also be staying here again.

Mr.Moses is very good service and handsome, good guide , reliable . and Mahmoud is friendly.This hotel service is very nice.You can watch Pyramid from room and roof top with delicious breakfast and dinner. Pyramid right night show is fantastic view♪

Everything was so smooth from the check in to the last moment for us in Giza I love the hotel and the stuff at the hotel everybody were super nice to us the room was good and clean and the size of the bed is really good I can’t find more words to explain how’s my stay special Thanks for (Ali) who is working in the front desk I highly recommend it

Amazing location, Really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a great place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The great pyramids and sphinx provide everything you need and are very affordable. The staff are extremely accommodating and cater to all your needs. The Manager Mr. Kamel is very kind and Professional towards his Guest, He wants to make his Guest gets the best and is more like a good friend and all his staff. About The place is very clean and new building, the Rooms are all a good size with great pyramids views right at the doorsteps, the food & drink was very good excellent. It is a highly recommended experience. I would recommend to any Foreigners from all over the world to come here and explore the true Cairo views of Pyramids at from the room balcony step and most importantly the environment and the location is very safe to walk around the great pyramids and sphinx. The whole pyramids area surroundings Protected by Egyptian Army and policemen around the clock 24/7 to make it safe for the tourist and foreigners. Overall it was a good stay. The view was out of this world and priceless. I was though given the wrong room and not the room I booked . I told the receptionist and she told me that the room I booked was undergoing painting maintenance. Therefore when I told then that they gave me a new room similar to the one I booked. Not the same one but close enough. The staff were very helpful. The hotel need a little pick-me-up and also the doors are not numbered or labelled so easy to get lost. But I would definitely go again as I loved the view and the service.

Wrong room but amazing view

The location is fantastic! I will never forget sitting on the roof terrace watching the sun go down over the pyramids. Unforgettable memories. The staff are honestly amazing! Extremely friendly, very open and interesting to talk to. We felt so looked after and spoiled whilst we were staying here. Will be recommending everyone to go!

Everything was perfect the view and the stuff and facilities we spent beautiful time when we saw the sound and light show for free without tickets from the roof top and the second day we made a tour with the with good prices to pyramids of Giza and Memphis and sakkara for sure we will come again to Egypt
