The Staff were very helpful, warm & friendly.Reviewing "The area" is complicated...The hotel is in a very nice gated area, but the middle of Giza/Cairo does have its issues.To have a view of The Pyramids from the hotel, and to be within quick walking distance of The Pyramids & The Sphinx, beats those issues.
