Stayed here two nights as we were waiting for a retreat. Slept really well in a big comfortable bed for only 10$ a night. Small but clean room with a nice bathroom. Close to the old (historic?) city centre with restaurants and cafés. Would recommend anyone who wants a cheap stay for a couple of nights.

Amazing hostel. Its more like a hotel as they are private rooms with comfy beds. an ensuite and plasma tv. Very much worth the money. The people who work there are the most lovely we have experienced in any accommodation so far. They showed us in great detail how to get around the town with a map and recommended us to the great pizza place which is just opposite the road. Even late at night when we needed to go to the bank (as two girls alone) we were slightly worried and so they walked us all the way to the bank in the centre of town and back. Great location around 10/15 from centre of town.

The staff here are excellent. The rooms are small but clean. It's not far from everything but off the main street so quiet except for the completely unavoidable dogs barking. Very pretty garden row in front. We enjoyed our stay here.

Very friendly place within walking distance from the city center. The couple who run the hotel made our stay exceptional with their kindness and help. They also organized the transport to/from Podocarpus Park for us. The rooms are nice, quiet and very clean, with good hot shower. Really nice place to stay in Loja.

We stayed there two times and it was perfect for 1 or 2 nights. Basic and small rooms but clean. Hot shower. Helpful owners. 
45min. and 20$ away from airport Catamayo.

In walking distance to the city centre.

This hostel looks more like a hotel: there are also no common rooms. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Wifi is fast and stable. The owners are all friendly and the location is some blocks away from the main square. The only real downside is that the building is very noisy. There is no breakfast available but there are many bakeries and cafes to have breakfast in the immediate neighbourhood.
