Casa Hibiscus Hotel

My family always stays here when they visit Cuenca and now I understand why. This was my first time staying at Casa Hibiscus Hotel along with my husband and we loved our time here. We loved the location, we walked almost everywhere during our stay. The hotel is quite at night and the rooms and common areas are very clean and decorated very nicely. Humming birds were frequently spotted in the court yard. The owner was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, directions, extra blankets, and didn't charge us for a late check out. Very reasonably priced for what you get. When it was time for us to check out we left for our shuttle a few blocks away, and just as we were about to leave the owner came running up to our van to return my phone charger that I left in my room. They really go the extra mile and thats why we will always choose to stay here when we come to Cuenca. And the reports are no different with the rest of my family as well. I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and will be staying here in the future.
