Finest Punta Cana by The Excellence Collection - All Inclusive

We had a great time at Finest Punta Cana, from start to finish! Mily Edwards made the booking process for a group of 40 people stress-free thanks to her great customer service skills and guidance in English and Spanish (no deposit needed to reserve your room, full payment completed 30 days before the trip, and even the roundtrip from the airport to the hotel was included in a private SUV). The staff receiving the luggage, offering a glass of champagne and a wet towel when you arrive were very friendly. Ivan at the Finest Club Lounge had a great attitude and intentions to assist with any of our requests. Jenifer Melo made our dinner experience extra special with all her recommendations and attentive service. Jeremi from entertainment kept us singing at the Karaoke bar and dancing in the nightclub almost every night, we had a lot of fun! and nothing better than a relaxing hydrotherapy with Diana to start the day feeling renovated. We also worked with Charleni, planning a private event for our group and exceeded our expectations from the variety, presentation, and quality of the bufet, the branded coconuts that our group still talks about, and the fun night with the music and quality time with everyone. She definitely understood our vision and elevated it with her recommendations. My only suggestions is to improve the cleaning service of the rooms with more attention to detail, including new towels and robes that don't have threads hanging and ensuring the room assignments match to what is booked.
