The Bungalows were great, very well kept and stock and the concierge, Adonis , that came along with it, went out of his way to please us and make our stay very happy . We enjoyed the pool area very much plus the beach was kept clean even in hurricane season . The service was awesome at every station you ate or drank. The Restaurants , Fusimo & Mar y Fuego , were just delicious and the service especially , Leani, Luisa , Wisandra , Vanessa, and all the other service help that their names I can’t remember at the moment . The bars especially the one by the reception was extra special because the men and women there took care of us with laughter and joy. Especially Leandro, David and Grieslany. Now the Highlight of our stay was especially the animation team starting with the head man Raphael, (Professional , courteous and knew how to make you laugh and smile ), Shelly, Ariel, Julieta, Bryan, Michael, and a couple of others who’s name I sadly have forgotten gave us the best entertainment ever. They made sure the daily games were exciting , fun and tried to include as many people as possible . They were able to dance , sing , and do exercise with you and at the same time keep the mood Jolly. But most of all I have to say Shelly , Arie and Julieta kept us very happy with everything and their attention to us was exactly what man needs on vacation . Keep up the good work everyone.
