An excellent hotel , location stunning , pool amazing and warm with a slope into the water. Rooms are large with jacuzzi bath and huge bed. Plenty of space on the balcony. Great food choices. Steak house was the favourite followed by fondue house. Snack bar available all day by the pool and beach front. No need to upgrade to VIP don't feel we missed out on service at all. Beach did have seaweed but did not spoil the stay and the hotel try and clear but it comes in everyday this time of year. Onsite shop sells most you need , beach shop is a con be careful! Hotel can run you to souvenir shops for free or you can pay 40 dollars to jumbo (like a Walmart/asda with a small shopping mall. Spa onsite is excellent the treatments were amazing 100% recommend! Saona island is a fab trip but do a private transfer. Book through the sea pro staff round the pool. Loved our stay , does need an upgrade in some areas but a great adults hotel
