We stayed at the Grande Joanne for 3 nights in a Deluxe room on the 1st floor and only had a positive experience. Greeted by lovely staff, room was full of handy toiletries/amenities. The room itself was spacious/comfortable and had everything needed with air con - which was very welcomed! Our uk adapter was the wrong shape but the staff were able to help us out and had some spares we could borrow. Only good things to say, would stay again!
