We really enjoyed our stay at the Scandic Copenhagen. Though not huge, our family room was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The quality of the breakfast was very good, especially the chocolate bars on the pancake station! The dining room was busy but the staff worked hard to clean the tables as soon as somebody left (I would disregard any negative comments posted by disgruntled guests). The reception staff and the concierge were particularly pleasant and helpful, especially when I asked for ice after falling over in the street (I had not been drinking, be careful of the curb of the cycle lanes!)
