We spent there 5 days and were satisfied. The hotel is spacious, clean, comfortable, very nice breakfast and dinner restaurants. The dinners are superb and delicious, the breakfast buffet normal. The spa is located in the basement (accessible by staircase, no lift). The staff always helpful,a little bit "cold" however.The view towards the square is picturesque at every moment.

We´ve spent one week with the family in this comfortable hotel in Bohemia. What we liked the most about this hotel was its (herbal) spa - nontraditional nature cave where the people relax after the massage, friendly staff of the spa, and nice swimming pool. The hotel newly serves a venison dishes in it´s restaurant which is just delicious!
We recommended staying in this hotel!

Kasperske Hory is a small city in a south-west Bohemia - Pilsen region. There are only a few restaurants, small museum of toys and motorbikes but a lovely central square with a wonderful church. But the hotel is really comfortable, equiped with a swimming pool, sauna, and spa. Everything is clean and tidy. And it is a good base for your trips to the heart of Sumava, one of most beautiful parts in the country.

Comfortable base for trips in Sumava / Bohemian Forest

Pleasant stay in Parkhotel

Hotel has nice historical building + rear 'park', good location in a scenic valley. Wifi works in room well. 

There doesn't seem to be any management present ever, tho- and the lawn could use a little bit of love.

Tucked back from main street, so quiet. In fact a bit too quiet, the hotel has a kind of sterile atmosphere, like school after hours. Staff not too welcoming to foreigners -and never greet you in passing- but the chef they have is really pretty good. Features Budvar, the best Czech beer imho. Nice outside tables but they only offer a view of the parking lot.

Rooms could use a bit of updating but clean and everything works. Ventilation not good in hot weather, with only one small window and no balcony. Had to prop front door open all evening just to cool the room down (no AC).

One odd thing was I notified staff in the breakfast room that an entire stack of dishes was dirty, with cheese bits, etc on the plates, providing three samples. No matter how many times we clarified -in Czech- the girl just walked off with the samples and left the other 30 dirty plates sitting there. Didn't seem to want to be bothered.

Not Bad, Not Great

We stayed here for 3 nights. Accommodation is OK,but don't expect too much. The room is big enough and cleaned. No minibar. WiFi connection worked well in all area.  Hotel staff - average level. No extra try. No extra smile. I would expect a home atmosphere with super staff service in such a good hotel and in such a beautiful touristic area.  Breakfast is poor including breakfast staff.  Half Board meal was very good. Comfortable facilities or details in wellness must be approved. They try very hard, but they are not there yet.There is a very nice relasing pool area with sauna . Forget the speleotherapy, this is not good enough. Wellness procedures , especially herbal treatments were very good. Very good massages.

Where to start.. 
Hotel beautiful setting, cleanliness is unparalleled. 
Pool too cold to enjoy. 
Spa. Lovely peaceful place deep in a cave. 
The bath treatment 20mins in a bath with bubbles and a tea bag. 
Oh yeah you can walk on some stones! 
(I can get that for free!)
Unfortunately the place is dead, even when it's (apparently) at full capacity. Stayed here on a half board basis. Breakfast ok..  Evening meal completely laughable. Frozen, reheated awful. Wouldn't come here for an evening meal. 
Such a shame this place could be a real gem. This place needs rejuvenation! 
Bring some vibrancy here.. Your customers are walking out of the hotel all day and night for food/drinks/life! 😕
