Citystay Prague

These apartments are located just up the hill from the bottom of Wenceslas Square, and the main railway station, so handy to get around all of what Prague can offer. There are restaurants, bars and mini supermarkets all around. The tram lines run at the top of the road, and the metro stations are at the top or bottom of the road. Our room was quirky, with a big separate bathroom with a nice warm and quite powerful shower. The kitchen was at the back of the apartment, but had two ring hob, a full sized fridge, a kettle and all the plates and cutlery you needed, including full sized mugs. The bedroom was quite big, with two tub chairs in a lounge area, and two comfy single beds. The window was facing the main road, which was quite noisy at all hours of the day and night, but we're used to those things, so it was OK for us. The staff were all very friendly, spoke very good English, and very helpful. They will even arrange their own driver to pick up and drop you off from the airport for 50 Euro, cheaper than a transfer. So, there was no aircon, and at 27 degrees in Prague, it did get warm outside, but our room wasn't too bad. They are decorating and updating the place, so on the last day the lift didn't work, but that's just a little unfortunate. Overall, it wasn't a fancy place, it had quirks and faults, but for the price and the handy location, it was very good.
