We stayed for 4 nights in the Imperial and had a fabulous time. The staff were friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were good and kept very clean, with comfortable beds and pretty much no road noise. Only issue with the hotel was the WiFi in the room (number 316) which was so weak to be unusable. WiFi in the public areas was strong though. Perhaps the wardrobe space was on the small side. Breakfast was extensive and everything you could want. We dined in the hotel once and it didn't disappoint and you need to try their coffee and cakes, superb. All in all a lovely visit - just need to sort out that WiFi.
