We ate here for dinner our only night in Jicin. When we came in the open door, I asked the girl working for a table for 2, holding up 2 fingers and saying “hi, two”; she responded back somewhat snarky and held up 2 fingers and motioned anywhere - doesn’t sound bad when I type it out but it was somewhat off putting, she wasn’t polite and didn’t greet us (which is not the norm, we live in Europe...). Anyway, the server made up for it and she was very nice, spoke English, and served us a great meal. My husband had the beef and dumplings and I had the grilled trout. 2 drinks and 2 meals was about €18 equivalent. For anyone with allergies, the menu lists allergens next to each item. Very thoughtful.
