Amavi, MadeForTwo Hotels - Paphos 

This was our 3rd visit to The Amavi hotel, Pafos and certainly the best. We visit many hotels around the world, but the Amavi has become our favourite. Being a couples only hotel you can enjoy both privacy and high standards. The staff are always happy, organised and make you feel so welcome. Our room was clean, modern and well equipped and the chocolate on the bed each evening is a very nice touch. We had breakfast each morning which is a combination of high class buffet (food from around the world) and selection from a menu which is served at your table, which can be in doors or outside over looking the sea. This time we had half board, so got to try their evening restaurants, again something we'd highly recommend. Value for money was excellent with a huge choice of good quality food. Their evening buffet is particularly popular, and once we'd experienced it it's obvious to see why people dine there. We particularly enjoy the hotel facilities which includes one of the better swimming pools we've come across with long length and depth and seating to a bar. We had lovely weather so most days took a walk from the hotel along the beach front to Pafos harbour which is about a 10min walk. In the evening the sunsets are so colourful you can't not photo them. The Amavi is probably the best located hotel in the area, being far enough out from the harbour to enjoy the peace, but close enough to walk to the bars and shops. I don't often give reviews, but after this recent trip felt the hotel staff needed our thanks for giving us such a lovely experience. Well done Amavi hotel, we can't wait to come back soon!
