We stayed here for 10 nights, two adults with our 10 month old twins. The holiday village is conveniently located about a 30 minute walk to Paphos Harbour. Along the seafront is a beautiful walk. If walking isn’t your thing, the hotel is also on the bus route either way for the harbour or water park. The holiday village is clean & well-maintained, with excellent facilities and a relaxed & friendly atmosphere. The staff consistently go above and beyond to really make you feel at home. In particular the restaurant staff and manager Demetra. She oozes kindness and our boys took a particular shine to her. Every morning high hairs were placed out ready for us and we were always met with ‘Kalimera!’ and smiles. There are some friendly cats so stock up on treats. Recent speculation and tensions has suggested that Cyprus is not safe - this is absolutely untrue. We have not once felt unsafe nor doubted our travel here with our young babies. Yes, there are indicators of the conflict with the occasional gun fire in the distance. If you didn’t know any better, it could be passed off as fireworks. We only wish we’d booked for 14 nights instead of 10. Thank you Avanti Holiday Village and Demetra for a wonderful stay and making our boys first holiday one to remember. We will be back.
