20+ visits has to say something about this hotel. The place is like a second home and arriving is like seeing friends. What a welcome after journeys that, due to age, are becoming more stressful. Everything is made so easy, especially after the welcome hugs, drink and nibbles. Luggage taken to your room during a stressless registration while hugs from repeat customers met along the way make for a happy arrival. Its not the hotel that makes a holiday, it’s the staff and all are superb without being officious. Waited on round the pools, attended to in the bars and dining rooms, help available from all and at any time. Your wish is their command. The food is fantastic with something for everyone taste. No going home hungry or having lost weight. Take varying sizes of clothes as waistlines will expand! Rooms cleaned daily without a fault, and everywhere clean. Kids club in summer months so what more could a family want. If you want 5 star surroundings then wait until 2026 but you’ll be missing out for sure. The many repeat customers will tell you that. Thanks to Chris and all his staff for making this hotel such a happy place to be xx
