We spend 10 days at the beginning of August (top season) and loved it very much! There are 4 apartments altogether in the building - all of them have terraces (2 on the top floor have a nice overview over Osibova bay). Also, you get access to common pool and you have free parking right next to the building. The beach is located just 50m from the apartment (you can actually hear the waves in the apartment at night!) and you can reach Milna (markets, bars, ...) in 20min by foot or 5 min by car. Overall, there are several other apartments around but in general, the area is really quiet and peaceful. On top of that, the apartments were spotless clean and the owners are super nice - they offered us fresh baked fish on the first night and after that, left us completely alone. We definitely know where to stay next time we are on Brač. Highly recommended!
