Guest House Benedict

We arrived later than the check in time of 8pm and were greeted by the neighbour rather than the host which was not a problem. At first we were unsure as to whether the area was safe but realised that there is nothing to be worried about. Like any city (London included) some areas look rougher round the edges than they are. The room was clean and the apartment was beautiful decorated. There was a fridge and kettle in the room too. Unfortunately we did not get the complimentary milk or water as some other guest did on here but there is a shop very close by. For breakfast we received a small platter of food which was placed in a locker outside the room at 7am. I mentioned that I couldn’t eat meat to the host and she kindly bought me croissants instead which was a really lovely touch and extremely considerate. I would recommend this place as it is no frills and good value for money.
