The apartment has a lot of good things going for it:Fantastic ViewClose to everythingSupermarket (Studenac) is right behind the buildingCompletely awesome property owner/manager, who is happy to helpGreat renovation in the apartment - stylish and high quality, including individual A/C for each room.A few things you might want to consider:It is 5th floor without elevatorNight club is open until ~2am and some music does filter through, but otherwise the apartment is pretty quiet
