The hotel is well located in the garden street with several shops and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are clean and simple; the bedding is just lamentable and of very poor quality. The breakfast is short and of very medium quality. On the other hand, the swimming pool is very pleasant and very clean.

Hotel right... but no more

I've booked three rooms in this hotel with an unpleasant manager, I don 't recommend it at all, to avoid this hotel like the plague, to welcome my non-French speaking guests and to ask them to pay for a room that they had to cancel at the last minute, we had to deal with an uncomfortable manager.

It's horrible.

We stayed 8 days in this hotel. Close to the university; supermarket not far away. My room was clean but the mattress was worn. The closet door was ready to fall. The climate was working well. The pool was nice, calm but the water wasn't always very clear.

Correct

We stayed here as it was close to the Benin embassy and we were waiting for visas.  Room was basic. Staff were friendly and the pool was refreshing. Included breakfast is for one person in a room for two!

I was booked in by a colleague for three nights. The place is in a good location with nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. The reception staff are neither friendly nor hospitable. My room had TV with a good selection of channels, the only redeeming feature. The linen on the bed was "tired". The wallpaper in the room was peeling and the quality of the finishes was appalling. The bathroom was large and functional with hot water. The room had an AC but struggled to keep the room cool. I did not even attempty breakfast. On day 2 I returned to find my room had not been made up, apparently you need to leave your key with reception to have it cleaned. I checked out early the next morning and found another hotel close by at a similar price point. I would never want to stay there again.

Not up to standard.

I spent eight days in this hotel, when I arrived I was put in a room because the one I had reserved was busy so I left the next day. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves to be desired, despite the kindness of the roommates. At the breakfast level, we have to order, we have the right to omelets, croissant, chocolate bread, bread and butter Coffee in the form of a bag to melt in hot water (Nescafé). The servers are listening to us. After a few days a reception is always not very smiling my request to pay a down payment, I find it strange but it's like this.

Not extraordinary.

The hotel is very well managed and seems to be Chinese-run, the reception staff works efficiently. Lobby as well as pool area as well as my room were perfectly clean. The location is central in the northerly district of Deux Plateaux, so next to a lot of restaurants and bars (and to where most of the expats seem to be live).
WiFi worked well in all areas.

Very well managed, clean hotel in good location

At first, you think the hotel is a bit basic. But, at second view, you notice that you have everything you need (comfy bed, wireless internet, swimming pool), and it is clean and well managed. No noise from the street or parties. The breakfast is basic and you need to order it, but it is ok. There are shops and other restaurant & fast foods nearby, if you want to eat outside.
