So beautiful! Quiet spot with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. Caesar was amazing and helped us set up some tours and transportation. Next time we come, we will likely rent a car, as some cars didn’t want to go here because the road is very rocky.

Best location … not a great road to drive up there but you will enjoy every moment when you stay since nothing is around you except jungle and volcano view

Our room was cabin #6 with the volcano view right from our bed. You have to have a 4X4 car to get there but is 100% worth it.

Had a great time here, Cesar was great he took me to loom for frogs at night and i got some great pictures. Differently enjoyed my stay.

We loved the view of Arenal volcano and all the birds that were visible from our deck.

This hotel is in a very beautiful location.  Everything was in excellent condition and we really enjoyed our stay.  The manager is very knowledgeable of the area and helped us with good advice for planning our activities each day.  Look forward to going back.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean room. Great breakfast included. Love the atmosphere. Definitely would stay here again.

The suites had a beautiful view and were in a lovely area. The only downside is the rocky road and distance from the town of Fortuna. I definitely enjoyed my stay here, the sunrise was amazing to watch from bed. Getting in contact with them was very easy on whatsapp, and they were more than helpful. A tiny aside is that I wish there had been an option to deny housekeeping, as I don't like to waste resources.

Great place and service but getting there requires 4 wheel drive vehicles Road condition in the mountains horrible and scary. Took us 45 to drive one mile. Almost seriously damaged my rental 4 door car. Stayed only 1 night and we left because torrential rain for next 7 days would of made it  impossible for us to leave. The host should inform future tenant that 4wd vehicle is must. Please refund 50%

The property and rooms are fantastic, secluded in a picturesque setting. If the clouds break up, the view of the volcano is stunning.Getting to it, however, proved treacherous, as the property is approx. 1 mile off the main road, on a dirt/gravel road full of pot holes and small boulders. There is also a very steep incline which my rental car had difficulty climbing, losing power on the ascent. I had to coast backwards to get a running start at it both days we were there, ending up in the ditch the first time. A powerful, high profile vehicle is necessary to access this property safely.

Suite was very nice, secluded and private. 35 min from town, 20 from Tabacon. Great views of Arenal. Close to a hanging bridge activity and canyoning activity. The suite had a kitchen for food prep as there is no restaurant on site (mini fridge, hot plate, one pan, one pot, silverware set, cutting board, toaster, small coffee machine). The closest restaurant was 10 min drive down the dirt road for breakfast (included with the stay - 3 options - fruit, continental, or traditional Costa Rican). Downside - the road was quite rocky / rough - you will want to arrive in daylight to navigate. The other downside was the hot water was VERY limited - the in suite jacuzzi was great but we had to take over an hour to fill it (stop/start to get hot water).
