Visited Putuoshan as part of a group and we stopped at the hotel for lunch. Neither meat or fish is included in any meal. We were seated at round tables for 9. At the centre of each table was a Lazy Susan from which all those at the table could help themselves from the served dishes. The meal took an hour and 24 different dishes were eventually placed on the Lazy Susan. The really surprising thing was that the food was sereved ion the form of meat or food dishes - quite strange but the real point was the excellent taste of nearly every dish. Well worth going just for the food
