17 reviewsGirlfriend and I from NZ stayed here just for one night but you could easily spend a week here if you like hiking and tramping as hotel is in a wonderful location with hill tracks behind and right by West Lake. Trees like forests and gardens everywhere. Lovely helpful staff at check in. Five mins walk to West Impressions show at West Lake-highly recommended. There are food places there- restaurants and snack places. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. This hotel is not really selling itself to the European/English speaking people but I got a Chinese tour lady to book us in here and can't praise it highly enough. The breakfast was less European than other hotels we stayed in, but it was an extensive breakfast and the average person would definitely have found enough variety available.
