Trithorn Hotspring Resort Xiamen

We stayed here for just 1 night while visiting Xiamen. I really wish we had more time here to enjoy the amenities. It is definitely a bit far from town, so be prepared for some long drives if you're here to see the tourist sites. The room is big and clean, with a nice big bathroom and even plenty of closet space. Our room also had its very own hot spring soaking tub on the balcony. Its a great feature and you're able to soak in the privacy of your own room. Its a really big tub and takes quite a while to fill, so definite start the water way before you plan to soak. One downside of the room is that there is no natural light. Since there is a tub, they've added coverings on the balcony, so you can't see anything outside. Something that made the hotel kind of confusing is the flooring. The hotel is built on the side of a hill, so even though you drive up to the lobby, the lobby is actually the top floor of the hotel. So when you get in the elevator, you go down into your room. We had a great time here even though it was just one night. Maybe one day we'll have a chance to return and really enjoy the hot springs.
