I have been here every month for consecutive 4 months already whenever I am in Shanghai I am a titanium elite bonvoy member and apart from being treated like VVIP, the atmosphere and embience is worth a praise The reception, chambermaid, F&B team all is number 1.. The F&B manager named Mr DickYe is well trained and well mannered.. I think it’s the hotel blessings to have such staff My room for July stay 18th to 20th is room 1014, very well kept and clean too Keep it up renaissance putuo Shanghai!
