⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience at The Westin Bund Center Shanghai. We had an unfortunate issue at breakfast this morning, but the way the hotel handled it was exceptional. Phil and the team went above and beyond to make things right, including inviting me to their famous Grand Bubbly Brunch. Excellent food, entertainment, free-flowing bubbly and, most importantly, outstanding hospitality. A great example of how a five-star hotel should look after its guests. Highly recommended.
