I don't know what other reviews are complaining about - the receptionist, and everyone in the hotel actually, was really nice, I was able to store my luggage during checkout to spend the rest of the day out, and they were very nice about it. I arrived at 1PM and, even though check-in was at 3PM, they let me check in immediately. The hotel room is nothing crazy, bed's a bit hard, but it's 3 blocks away from the Prince Edward metro station, close to several convenience stores, and a 10-minute walk away from Fish market (and all other markets, which are right next there). You don't spend much time in your hotel in Hong Kong, so it's exactly what's needed and nothing more. I'll definitely be back there if I ever go back to HK.
