Yesinn @Fortress Hill 

Have been staying at the Yes Inn serviced apartments in Fortress Hill for a month now. My ensuite room, like any other in Hong Kong, is not too large, but what sets this one apart is it's layout and how well the space has been utilised to make it more spacious. The room is fully equipped with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, study table, in-built shoe rack, TV, air purifier and refrigerator. The kitchenette includes an induction cooker, water kettle and cutlery/crockery of good quality. Another highlight is the use of modern fixtures/ amenities such as smart lock for doors and hot water across all taps. The common area boasts of a washing machine with dryer, a microwave and a coffee maker. All in all, basically everything one can ask for in a serviced apartment. Right on the bustling King's Road in Fortress Hill, the location is highly convenient to travel to anywhere on the island or even Kowloon (Direct Buses to Kwun Tong or Tsim Tsa Tsui from right downstairs). MTR stations are well within walking distance as well (Fortress Hill - 4 minutes walk or North Point 8 minutes walk). Surrounded by good restaurants and department stores such as Wellcome (at least three in the vicinity) if someone want to cook for themselves. The shopping district of Causeway Bay is just two MTR stops away (or a 10 minutes ride by tram). General cleanliness of the common area is top-notch. The rooms, itself, are cleaned bi-weekly. The common area also contains an upright vacuum cleaner, if needed. If you're headed to Hong Kong on a work assignment or as a student and need a place to lay your head for several weeks/months or more, I couldn't recommend Yes Inn serviced apartments more highly.
